HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN AVATAR USING FACEBOOK 

It is important to note that creating a Facebook avatar is easy, and you can create your own avatar with your mobile phone or PC.

To create the avatar fun character, you must first download the app, since the avatar creation setting is not yet available on the Facebook website.

For android uses, the app is available on Google play store, while for iPhone users it can be gotten from Apple Play Store.

To get started launch the Facebook app on your Android or iPhone.

Then Click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom-right side of your screen.

Navigate down to See More then Click on it.

Click on Avatars, then Click on Next, followed by Get Started.

From there, you can customize your avatar to match your physical appearance using the customization features such as hairstyle, complexion, eye shape and color, nose shape, etc.

Click on Done, and then click on Next to see your finished avatar.

FACEBOOK AVATAR PC; HOW TO CREATE FACEBOOK AVATAR ON YOUR PC

Since the Facebook avatar setting is not yet available for desktop users, you will need to install BlueStacks on your PC to enable you join in this new trend of avatar creation.

BlueStacks is an Android emulator tool similar to Smartface, which allows Android apps to run on PCs with macOS and Microsoft Windows.

Utilizing this emulator, the Facebook mobile app can be installed on a PC and used to create a Facebook avatar.

To do this, simply log on to the BlueStack website, download, and install the BlueStacks app on your PC.

Then sign in with your Google ID, to enable you to access the Google Play Store within the app.

From the Play Store, search and install the app.

Then go back to the BlueStacks home page.

Launch the Facebook app and sign in.

Then Click on the three horizontal lines at the top panel of the app on your screen.

Navigate down to See More then Click on it.

There are a number of reasons your Facebook avatar will not work on your android or iPhone.

I will be showing you some of the reasons why you don’t have the avatar option on your Facebook and how you can fix the issue of Facebook avatar not showing up.

The first thing I want you to know is that you are not alone, a lot of people are facing a similar challenge.

It could be as a result of any of the following reason;

You might be using an old app; it is not all versions of Facebook that have avatars, and most times new features usually require an App to be updated before they can become available.

Ensure you have the latest version of the Facebook app installed, if not update it by visiting App Store or Google Play.

If after updating your app you still can’t find the Facebook avatar feature on your phone, it could be that you are using a wrong app, in which case you might have to delete and reinstall the app.

Also, ensure your location is turned on.

Another reason could be due to the phased rollout of the updates; because such updates are rolled out in phases, they don’t become available to all users of the different OS at the same time.

Everybody cannot have access to it at the same time. You will have to wait for the avatar feature to be available on your phone OS.

Some users said they can only see the avatar on their old posts, and old comment sections, so you can as well check your older post, if the above options are not giving you the desired result.
