Important Instructions To Root Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus
We’ve split down the rooting instructions into four basic steps to make them easier to follow.

Go to Settings and enable Developer Options and OEM Unlock.

2.To do so go to Settings -> About phone -> Software information and tap the “Build number” 7 times.
3.The toast notice “Developer mode has been enabled” will appear after that.
4.Return to the main Settings panel and select “Developer Options.” Turn on the “OEM Unlock” switch by scrolling down until you locate it.
5.If the choice is still unavailable on your device, your phone has entered a seven-day buffer period.
On the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, install TWRP Recovery.
At the same time, press and hold the Volume Down, Bixby, and Power buttons.
To enter Download Mode on the Galaxy S9 / S9 Plus, hit the Volume Up button on the warning screen.
You should see “Added!!” in the message box as soon as the Odin window loads, and the ID: COM port should also light up.
In the Odin tool’s “Options” tab, ensure sure the “Automatic restart” box is not ticked.

Slide the “Scroll to Allow Changes” button on the “System Partition Not Modified” screen.
Follow the steps below to disable encryption on the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus once you’ve entered TWRP recovery mode.
Using TWRP, disable KG / RMM Bypass Flash and ZIP Encryption.
You must now format the data partition and update the Encryption Disabler zip file in order for TWRP to successfully decrypt the phone memory.
Note: If your phone is running Android Pie or Oreo, you simply need to flash the KG / RMM bypass zip. It does not work with Android 10.

10.Repeat the installation method and flash the KG / RMM status bypass zip if your phone is running Android Pie / Oreo to avoid your phone from being locked again (Prenormal KG / RMM State).
