Now, this sounds like a simple issue and I don’t disagree with you.

To make your PS4 controller vibrate, you must first connect it to a PS4 console.
I have to start with this because not doing the above is like expecting an orange fruit from a mango tree or no tree at all.
Step 1: So to connect your controller to your console, you simply have to turn your PS4 console on and locate “settings”.
Step 2: Select “device”.
Step 3: From the next screen that pops up, select your PS4 controller.

Alternatively, you can also get your PS4 controller vibrating by using third-party apps but I don’t recommend this except the vibration settings on your PS4 controller is bad.
