To join a meeting on WebEx online, you will be required to register. If you have not registered, follow the steps below to register;

• Click on the register button, and input the required information, and click on the Next button to continue.
• Immediately after registration, click on View Event Information, as soon as it opens to join the event from there. You will be able to join the event as soon as it opens.

If you have registered already, go ahead and click on the meeting link provided on the invitation sent to you, by tapping Join Meeting via the email invitation sent to you.

If you don’t have the WebEx app installed, click on Download to install the WebEx Meeting app and join a meeting from your mobile device.

But if you have the app installed in your phone already, accept their terms and service.

• Input your name and email address and click on OK. During the conference call, others will see any name you enter.
• The password for the meeting is contained in the email invitation sent to you.
• You need to change your video and audio setting before joining a meeting.
• Click Connect to the device to join meeting from the video-enabled device.
